Digital Delivery

Products are delivered electronically, typically by email link or download instructions, after payment is confirmed. Please verify your email address before completing a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if:

• You did not receive access to the digital file due to a technical error on our side;
• The file is materially different from its published description; or
• You contact us within the refund window and have not substantially downloaded or duplicated the content for redistribution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when the product was delivered successfully and matches its description, when the refund window has passed, or when evidence suggests misuse or sharing of purchased files in violation of our Terms of Use.

How to Request a Return

Email help@regenrestore.world with your order date, email used at purchase, and a brief explanation. We respond within five business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take five to ten business days after approval.
